AtmePay – Terms of Service

Welcome to AtmePay (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing or using the AtmePay website, mobile application, or related services (“App Services”), you (“User”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services

AtmePay provides a digital platform for users to manage accounts, transactions, and balances associated with their cards. The App enables users to view and track card-wise ledgers, outstanding balances, and associated payments. Additional services or features may be introduced in the future and will be governed by these Terms.

By registering and using the App Services, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable supplemental terms.

2. Eligibility

By registering with AtmePay and using the App Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • You are not barred under any law from using digital financial or accounting platforms.

If you allow others to use your account, you will remain responsible for their actions. AtmePay reserves the right to revoke or suspend your account access if these eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Your Use of AtmePay

When using the App Services, you agree that:

  • All account registration details provided by you are accurate and kept updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You will not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App’s operations.
  • You consent to receiving system updates, service notifications, and communications related to your use of the App.

4. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your AtmePay account at any time:

  • In-App: Navigate to Account → Delete Account.
  • API: DELETE https://atmepay.in/api/v1/auth/account with your valid authorization token.
  • Support: Email us at support@atmepay.in
  • with your registered details.

Once deleted, your account and data will be permanently removed, except where retention is required by law.

5. Payments & Transactions

  • All payments and orders are recorded against the user’s assigned card(s).
  • Users are responsible for verifying correctness of entered details.
  • AtmePay is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect data provided by users.
  • Ledger balances reflect gross amounts, net of TDS (where applicable), and any adjustments made by Admins.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Any refunds or cancellations are subject to approval by the Admin and/or associated financial institutions.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 21 business days from confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise communicated.
  • Some services may be non-refundable, and this will be specified at the time of transaction.

7. Taxes (TDS)

  • AtmePay may deduct applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on eligible transactions in compliance with Indian tax laws.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their PAN details are correct and updated.
  • Reports and balances will reflect gross amounts, TDS deductions, and net receivable amounts.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using AtmePay, you consent to such collection and usage.

9. Limitation of Liability

AtmePay provides the App Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted services.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtmePay, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your unlawful or improper use of the App Services.
  • Any breach of applicable law, including tax obligations.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City, e.g., Mumbai/New Delhi].
  • Disputes may first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our support team.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App, its content, trademarks, and services remain the property of AtmePay. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App Services in accordance with these Terms.

13. Fraud Prevention

To ensure safe usage, AtmePay may:

  • Implement KYC verification.
  • Monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent activities.
